Refund policy

To ensure your experience with UNICU JEWELRY remains as seamless as a prayer, please reach out to us before sending any items back.

Please request your return within 10 days of delivery, ensuring the piece finds its way back to us within a 30-day window from your arrival date.

Every piece is a blessing, and to be eligible for a return, your treasure must remain in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging preserved.

We ask that you first email unicujewelry@gmail.com with a photo and a brief description of your piece so we may personally guide your return journey.

Once accepted, US customers will receive a return shipping label and instructions, with a $7.99 fee deducted from your refund total.

Because our stones are as delicate as a whisper, we kindly ask that you package them with the same devotion they were received, as we cannot be responsible for damage during their journey home.

 

Please note that INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible to pay for their own return Shipping.

Return Checklist

To ensure your Faith Companion returns to us safely, please follow instructions below:

  • Please send a photo and a detailed description of your piece to unicu@gmail.com before starting your return.
  • Place your jewelry back into its original box or a similar protective case to prevent any movement.
  • Wrap the box in bubble wrap or quilted padding to shield the delicate stones from the journey.
  • Use original small box; it offer the protection your piece deserves.
  • Please remember that return shipping costs and the safe arrival of the package are your responsibility.
This stewardship allows us to properly honor the beauty of every stone and ensure your experience remains held in light.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (allowance of 5 days limit, counted from the day of receiving your order), if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority, however every piece of Unicu Jewelry is curated to order, therefore we do not offer exchanges. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us for a possibility of return, and we will make it right. 

INTERNATIONAL customers (outside of USA) are responsible to pay for their own Return Shipping. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take one billing cycle for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
